About the Role: The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the golf course to ensure optimal playing conditions and aesthetic appeal. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating all turfgrass management activities, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and landscaping. The superintendent will oversee a team of groundskeepers and collaborate with club management to align course conditions with member expectations and tournament standards. They will also manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Turfgrass Management, or a related field.
