Usually, they are the first Club representative to meet and greet members and guests when they arrive at the Club. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent educationPrevious experience working in customer service, preferably in a country club or equivalent RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and guests with their golfing needs, ensuring that every step of their golf experience at the club runs as smoothly and is as enjoyable as possible Greet and welcome members and guests At opening assist in pulling all golf cars from the golf car facility to the bag staging areaRemove golf bags from member’s and guest's car and load them on a golf cart.
