Outside Services Attendant Position Summary The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience by providing first-class service to members and guests from arrival through departure. This highly visible position serves as a key ambassador for the Golf Operations team, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. Essential Responsibilities Guest & Member Service Greet members and guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival.Assist with unloading, cleaning, and staging golf bags.Provide personalized service that exceeds member and guest expectations.Offer knowledge of club amenities, course information, tournament schedules, and daily operations.Create a positive first and last impression of the club experience.
