Summary Golf Course Assistant Superintendent Position Summary The Golf Course Assistant Superintendent assists in the management, maintenance, and daily operation of the resort's golf courses to ensure exceptional playing conditions and adherence to Wild Dunes Resort's AAA Four Diamond standards. This position directs and participates in all aspects of golf course maintenance, supervises grounds staff, and supports the Golf Course Superintendent in achieving operational goals. The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is expected to consistently provide outstanding service to internal and external guests, embody the Wild Dunes Resort culture, and promote Wild Dunes Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice. Essential Functions Golf Course Operations Assist in planning, directing, and participating in the maintenance of golf course turf, landscapes, and playing surfaces.
