The Regional General Manager manages The Pinery Country Club and The Club at Pradera and their overall success through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Primary Responsibilities Works with General Manager’s and other leadership preparing annual operating budgets under company guidelines. Ensures that on a monthly basis each facility adheres to budgeting guidelines.Provides direction to the leadership team with the creation of marketing plans, pricing and business strategies.Provides direction and assistance to leadership in the execution of business plans that includes revenue generation, expense management, sales and marketing.Promotes Arcis Golf philosophies throughout the golf course to both employ
