Overview The General Manager provides executive leadership for the club's day-to-day operations, financial performance, member experience, workforce, and long-range operational planning. The GM will lead a complex, multi-amenity operation while balancing the expectations of members, residents, employees, governing bodies, and other community stakeholders. This position requires a highly capable club executive who combines strong operational and financial expertise with sound judgement, diplomacy, transparency, and exceptional communication skills. Experience Required Experience in all aspects of Country Club operations including golf, racquets, fitness, and food and beverage. Important focus on member engagement and growth to drive financial success. Proven track record in evaluating and executing strategic planning and capital projects. Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of Community Association management. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and can interface well with staff, club members, homeowners, and guests. Has strong interpersonal skills and can effectively address problems and facilitate favorable resolutions.
