Job Description We are currently seeking hard-working, dependable, outgoing and professional candidate to grow with Ancala Country Club in a F&B supervisory role. As a private country club we pride ourselves on service, leadership and legacy. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Supervises, trains and monitors the performance of assigned staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to department and location standards. Essential Functions Interacts with guests; promoting food & beverage facilities, products and services.Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns.Coordinating with Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution of food.Maintains food quality and service standards for location.Maintains accurate inventory and appropriate supply levels.Maintains cleanliness and organizati
