Overview Back Nine is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Head Golf Professional to lead instruction, programming, and daily operations at our state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator facility. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through golf instruction, simulator technology, leagues, tournaments, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about growing the game of golf through technology, enjoys working with players of all abilities, and is excited to help build a vibrant golf community in a modern indoor simulator environment. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the indoor golf facility, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Provide private, semi-private, and group golf instruction using simulator technology. Develop and manage lesson packages, clinics, leagues, tournaments, and corporate events. Oversee simulator scheduling, bay utilization, and golf programming to maximize customer engagement and revenue. Assist guests with simulator operation, technology features, virtual course selection, and gameplay. Collaborate with ownership to create marketing campaigns, member events, instructional content, and community partnerships. Maintain simulator equipment, golf technology, and facility standards to ensure a premium experience. Stay current on golf inst
