Pay Range - $16/hr - $20/hr Position Purpose Provides exceptional customer service in the Pro Shop, over the phone, and during golf-related activities in support of the Golf Pro and Course Manager. Ensures guest requests and feedback are communicated professionally and addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Job Functions Operates cash register and processes sales transactions accurately. Assists customers with retail purchases, providing product information and recommendations. Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming Pro Shop environment. Answers incoming calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff member. Communicates with customers in a friendly, professional, and responsive manner. Oversees and supports cart, range, starter, and marshal staff; assists in various areas as directed by the supervisor.Frequently operates a personal or City-owned motor vehicle to drive to and from work locations throughout the City.
