Position Summary The First Assistant Golf Professional is the operational leader of the Golf Department and serves as the primary liaison between the Director of Golf and the professional staff. This position is responsible for leading the daily golf operation, managing staff, executing member events and tournaments, overseeing golf shop administration, and ensuring every aspect of the golf experience reflects the standards of Miakka Golf Club. The First Assistant Golf Professional is expected to have ambition to be a Head Professional and lead by example, develop team members, and consistently deliver an exceptional member experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence.
