Position Summary Forest Hills Country Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our Golf Course Maintenance Department. This position reports directly to the Director of Agronomy and serves as a key leader within the maintenance operation. The Lead Superintendent is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, supervising crew members, and ensuring the golf course is maintained to the highest standards. This hands-on leadership role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for golf course management. The successful candidate will assist in planning daily operations, training staff, monitoring course conditions, and executing agronomic and improvement projects while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
