Overview The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop and Outside Services, while providing excellent member and guest experiences. Experience Required Knowledge of computers and POS system; must also be able to process daily closing procedures.Ability to coordinate small and large group events.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with members and guests.Must be able to multi-task with many interruptions.Must be able to work with little supervision and also be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player.Must be able to demonstrate and train staff with excellent customer service skills.
