As a Golf Equipment Operator, you will support daily golf course maintenance operations within our Golf Division. This role is responsible for operating specialized turf and grounds equipment to maintain course conditions at a high standard of playability and appearance. The ideal candidate has experience operating equipment on golf courses or similar environments and takes pride in precision, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities Operate golf course maintenance equipment such as riding mowers, reel mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, turf vacs, skip-loaders, aerifiers, sprayers, and specialty turf equipmentPerform daily mowing of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounds as assignedAssist with course maintenance activities including bunker maintenance, debris removal, edging, and general grounds careMonitor turf conditions and report issues such as disease, stress, or damage to supervisorsPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance such as cleaning, fueling, and blade checksFollow daily work schedules, mowing patterns, and course setup instru
