Lead Social Content Creator About Big Bird Big Bird is a golf-native creative agency building brands, campaigns, and original content at the intersection of golf, culture, entertainment, and social media. We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on content creator who loves both shooting and editing, understands how social content works, and wants the opportunity to contribute to larger creative campaigns over time. The Role This is a part-time contract position, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role. The Lead Social Content Creator will help Big Bird develop, shoot, and edit social-first content for our clients and our own channels—arriving on set with a clear plan while staying ready to spot the unexpected. They will capture high-quality content, shape stories in the edit, and help our creative team recognize opportunities within the constantly changing digital landscape. This is not simply a production role: we want someone who thinks strategically and helps build stronger social-first ideas from the start of a project, not just execute them after the concept is set.
