Overview Position Summary The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the overall management and operation of the golf program, delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests while overseeing daily golf operations. This leadership position is responsible for golf shop operations, tournament administration, instructional programs, staff development, and ensuring outstanding member service consistent with the club's standards. Experience Required Preferred Qualifications PGA of America Class A Professional in good standing.Minimum of 5 years of progressive golf operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing golf tournaments and member events.Knowledge of golf merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.Proficiency with golf management software and point-of-sale systems.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings during the golf season.
