Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Golf Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in golf instruction and a commitment to enhancing the skills and enjoyment of our members and guests. This role involves educating players of all ages and skill levels, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the game of golf through various programs and events. Duties Provide high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups, focusing on skill development and game improvement. Develop and implement engaging golf clinics, workshops, and junior programs to attract new players. Educate students on the fundamentals of golf, including swing mechanics, course management, and etiquette. Collaborate with other sports professionals to create cross-training opportunities that may include martial arts, basketball, cheerleading, or physical education activities. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and fulfilling. Assist in organizing tournaments, events, and leagues that promote participation in the sport. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in golf instruction to continually improve teaching methods.
