Job Description Job Title: Golf Cart Attendant Wage Range: Hourly Department: Golf Reports To: Director of Golf SUMMARY: The Bag Attendant often provides the first point of contact for golf guests and is responsible for creating an excellent first impression. S/he is responsible for assisting golfers with their clubs, upkeep and cleanliness of the golf carts, as well as providing guests with directions to golf related areas. The Bag Attendant shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Oak Brook Hills Resort Culture as well as promoting Oak Brook Hills Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
