We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. The Director of Golf will oversee all aspects of Golf Operations, including its activities and relationships between members, guests, associates, and the community. Has the ultimate responsibility for maximum member and guest satisfaction and financial performance. Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget, revenue goals, and expenses for golf operations department. Provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information as directed, requested, or required by management or representatives. Monitors monthly and other financial reports/statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the facility and takes effective corrective action when necessary. Develops, maintains and administers sound organizational plans and initiates improvements as necessary.
