We’re a young and modern golf apparel and accessories brand redefining the look of the sport, and we're searching for a Paid Search & Paid Social Manager with expertise in paid social & search ad platforms, data interpretation, and optimization strategies to help us achieve our vision. We are based just west of Denver, in Arvada, Colorado. You will need to work with us in person on a daily basis, with potential for limited remote work. We’re experiencing rapid growth, and so is our team! We’re looking for a talented and dynamic Data Analyst/Paid Search & Paid Social Manager to join our fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategy across multiple e-commerce brands. You will manage and analyze paid search and social media campaigns to optimize performance and maximize ROI. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines and enjoys juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and reporting on campaign data, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs, and collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to execute initiatives that align with our brand goals. Experience with performance marketing, paid social platforms, and e-commerce analytics is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and grow in this area
