Overview The Outside Services Attendant provides outstanding customer service to members and guests while supporting golf operations through bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. The role includes staging and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use, and delivering golf-related services to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for golfers. Reporting structure: Reports to the Supervisor Outside Services. Experience Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.High attention to detail and reliability.Ability to work primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, push, pull, twist, bend, lift, and carry up to 100 lbs.Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule.Flexibility to work additional hours as needed and availability to work weekends and/or holidays as required.
