As the link between the kitchen and front-of-house, the Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen meets quality, timing, and presentation standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the communication bridge between kitchen staff and servers Ensure all food orders are complete, accurate, and meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen Organize plates by table and course to maintain correct order flow Communicate clearly with line cooks and servers to keep service moving efficiently Monitor ticket times and help prioritize orders during busy service periods Assist in garnishing plates and adding finishing touches as directed by the chef Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo
