Assistant Golf Professional – Full-Time Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club | Hilton Head Island, SC Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club, part of Heritage Golf Group, is seeking a passionate and service-focused Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This role supports the Head Golf Professional in delivering exceptional golf experiences for Members and guests while assisting with the daily operation of the golf shop, tournaments, instructional programs, and overall golf operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and committed to providing outstanding service while helping grow the game of golf through instruction and member engagement. Compensation $15.00–$16.00 per hour 80% commission on private lessons taught Comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees Schedule Full-time Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak season Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of the golf shop and overall golf operations. Manage tee sheet activity, check in golfers, and assist with tee time reservations. Provide golf instruction through private lessons, clinics, and player development programs. Support tournament operations, including planning, setup, scoring, and event execution. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and retail sales in the golf shop. S
