Department: Administration Reports To: Director of HR & Marketing (Director of Administration) | General Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Pay Range: $130,000 Position Summary The Club Controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of Spring Run Golf Club. This position coordinates all accounting functions, including maintaining financial records, preparing monthly financial reports, assisting with the annual budget process, completing tax-related documents, and coordinating with external auditors.While this position reports directly to the Office Manager, the Controller works closely with the General Manager to provide accurate financial information, reporting, and support for operational and strategic decision-making.The Controller plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of the Club’s financial information. This position also supports the Administration team by maintaining a collaborative, service-focused, and team-oriented approach within the office.The individual in this role must demonstrate strong financial judgment, attention to detail, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager, department leaders, Finance Committee, and fellow administrative team members.
