Overview The Director of Golf is responsible for the Pleasant Point Golf Course Inc.'s ("Golf Course Inc.") leadership, administration, operations, and membership growth. This role drives success by developing and implementing effective business strategies, ensuring member satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. The Director of Golf is accountable for achieving financial and operational goals, building a strong leadership team, and maintaining effecting communication with the Pleasant Point Property Owner's Association Board of Directors (POA Board). Experience Required Qualifications: PGA Member of Associate preferred or Club Management Association of America member. Proven experience in golf course management.Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems (Golfnow)Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.Proficient in budgeting, inventory control, and financial reportingAbility to work flexible hours, including night, weekends, and holidays as needed.Facilities and equipment management oversightRecruit, train, motivate and supervise all Golf Course Inc. personnel, fostering a culture of exceptional service teamwork and guest satisfaction.Ensure the Pro Shop maintains optimum stock levels t
