PGA Associate Golf Professional Department: Golf Course Reports To: Golf General Manager Status: Exempt General Summary: Under the direction of the Golf General Manager, the PGA Associate Golf Professional assists with the daily operations of the golf course, including the Pro Shop, Outside Services, practice facility, and coordination with Cottonwood Lodge Restaurant operations. This position helps ensure exceptional guest service, supports golf programming and tournaments, supervises assigned staff, and promotes participation in the game of golf. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Follows and upholds all written Hyland Hills District and Golf course policies and procedures. 2. Assists in managing daily golf course operations, including oversight of the Pro Shop, Outside Services, practice facility, and assigned staff. Maintains a thorough understanding of all golf operations. 3. In the absence of the Golf General Manager, assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of assigned golf course activities and operational issues within the scope of delegated authority. 4. Serves as Manager-on-Duty as assigned, resolving guest concerns, making operational decisions, and ensuring efficient daily operations. 5.
