Supervise and coordinate daily groundskeeping activities, including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control. Oversee irrigation management, ensuring systems operate efficiently to maintain proper moisture levels across all course areas. Support construction projects related to course improvements or renovations, ensuring quality standards are met. Manage crew schedules, assign tasks, and provide training on grounds maintenance equipment operation and safety protocols. Conduct plant identification and horticulture assessments to enhance landscape design and plant health.
