As a Golf Equipment Operator, you will support daily golf course maintenance operations within our Golf Division. This role is responsible for operating specialized turf and grounds equipment to maintain course conditions at a high standard of playability and appearance. The ideal candidate has experience operating equipment on golf courses or similar environments and takes pride in precision, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Operate golf course maintenance equipment such as riding mowers, reel mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, turf vacs, skip-loaders, aerifiers, sprayers, and specialty turf equipment Perform daily mowing of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounds as assigned Assist with course maintenance activities including bunker maintenance, debris removal, edging, and general grounds care Monitor turf conditions and report issues such as disease, stress, or damage to supervisors Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance such as cleaning, fueling, and blade checks Follow daily work schedules, mowing patterns, and course setup i
