Pay Range - $15.16/hr - $18/hr Position Purpose Ensures driving range golf balls are clean, stocked, and readily available for customer use. Represents the facility professionally as a marshal/starter by managing tee time efficiency and enforcing course rules to enhance the player experience. Essential Job Functions MARSHAL/STARTER: General Statement of Duties: Performs starter duties on tee box. Acts as marshal on course and helps out in any area requested by the supervisor. Starts golfers and checks turn times. Patrols golf courses to ensure patrons maintain pace of play and follow rules. Stages golf carts as needed. Communicates in a friendly, responsive and professional manner to customers and co-workers. Cleans and maintains exterior restrooms and water stations. Frequently operates a personal or City-owned motor vehicle to drive to and from work locations throughout the City. Other Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned.
