Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering of greens, fairways, and other turf areas - Monitor soil moisture levels and adjust irrigation schedules accordingly - Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot irrigation system issues promptly - Collaborate with groundskeeping staff to coordinate watering schedules and turf health management - Maintain accurate records of irrigation activities and system performance - Assist with other turf maintenance tasks as needed to uphold course quality Physical Demands: The employee must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the job, including but not limited to: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use equipment, answer phone calls, actively engage with members, teammates and supervisors, attend meetings.
