As a Golf Retail employee, you will support daily operations of the golf pro shop within our Golf Division. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to golfers, members, and guests while assisting with retail sales, merchandising, and shop organization. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a hospitality-focused retail environment and understands the importance of professionalism and presentation in a golf setting. Responsibilities: Greet golfers, members, and guests in a courteous and professional manner Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, and product knowledge Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process sales transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop Assist with merchandising displays, inventory restocking, and pricing Answer questions regarding golf course policies, tee times, events, and merchandise Support tournament days, outings, and special events as needed Handle returns, exchanges, and basic customer service issues professionally Communicate inventory needs or customer feedb
