Responsibilities In your role as Golf Pro / Shift Lead, your responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating events related to golf, axe throwing, and darts, with support from the facilityServing as a key holder, including performing all opening and closing dutiesUpholding all operational standards and regulations set by the facilityAssisting with daily operations, including: Greeting guests and delivering excellent customer serviceChecking customers in and outPreparing and serving food and beveragesMaintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility This role is a combination of instructional leadership and hands-on operational support, and success in this position requires engagement
