GolfDEN is seeking a Golf host who is charismatic, people-oriented, gets to know Guests on a first-name basis, and can develop proficiency at using our equipment, including our golf simulators. Description Primary Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Golf DEN and what the options are. Take and deliver beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls. Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Golf DEN technology. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
