Overview Control pace of play on golf course by directing players to the first tee at appropriate times. Maintain accurate tee sheet records. Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. • At least one-year experience in outside golf operations. • CPR/AED certifications required. • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards • Effectively and professionally, deal with customers, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. • Must be able to read and speak simple English to comprehend simple instructions (such as labels and safety information). • Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. • Effectively prioritize and organize work. • Work in a team, in a fast-paced environment. • Achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction. • Work without constant direct supervision. • Committed to working rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
