Position Summary The 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent assists the Golf Course Superintendent in the planning, organization, and daily management of all golf course maintenance operations for Imperial Golf Club’s two 18-hole championship golf courses. This position plays a key leadership role in supervising staff, maintaining exceptional playing conditions, and ensuring efficient and safe operations. The 1st Assistant serves as the Superintendent's primary support and assumes leadership responsibilities in their absence.
