Overview Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Golf Professional to join our team. This position plays a key leadership role in managing the daily golf operations, including supervising outside services and bagroom staff, running the point of sale system, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the facility. The Golf Professional will also take ownership of tournament operations using Golf Genius, assist with retail merchandising, and help maintain a seamless and welcoming golf experience for all members and guests. Experience Required Qualifications Previous experience in golf operations, tournament coordination, or golf shop management is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Golf Genius, point of sale systems, and tee sheet software. Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and motivate staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on member service. Retail or merchandising experience in a golf environment is an asset. Must be organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
