Job Summary Under general supervision, the inside Golf Shop Assistant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to golfing and non-golfing guests within the Golf Shop environment. This position assists with guest check-in, retail sales, tee time reservations, and general golf operations while helping maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming Golf Shop atmosphere. The role may also assist with various operational tasks and projects supporting the golf club, including tournaments, merchandising, guest services, special events, and other day-to-day golf operations as assigned.
