We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 depending on experience Key Responsibilities Prepares and maintains the annual golf course maintenance budget and capital plansPlans, organizes, and directs the maintenance and construction of putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkersSupervises the planting and cultural practices involved in growing various turf grasses, trees, and ornamental plantsEnsures that maintenance equipment is properly maintainedProcures supplies and materials within budgetary limitationsKeeps records of annual maintenance activities and costs; prepares reportsImplements sound purchasing procedures utilizing preferred vendors when possibleReconciles and provides timely coding of all invoices, payroll, and other required documentsCoordinates snow removal (depending upon facility location)Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed, including compliance with government regulationsEnsures that they and all associates obtain
