This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maximizing financial performance, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining the golf course and clubhouse as a premier destination. The role partners closely with resort leadership to uphold AAA Four-Diamond service standards across every touchpoint. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead all aspects of golf course and clubhouse operations. Develop and execute annual operating and capital budgets. Drive revenue through green fees, memberships, tournaments, retail, food and beverage, and special events. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction consistent with Four-Diamond luxury standards. Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate department managers and staff. Collaborate with the Golf Professional, Golf Course Superintendent, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Resort Operations teams.
