The Superintendent is responsible for supporting the Director Golf Course Maintenance with the 1st Assistant Superintendent with day-to-day operations. The responsibilities include developing and managing turf grass and plant material maintenance programs; overseeing property and asset management; managing personnel; handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial management; participating in member retention initiatives; scheduling and maintaining irrigation systems; applying pesticides and maintaining related records; and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. The jobs oversight is limited to a single 18-hole operation.
