HIRING RATE: $22.00/hour Under the general direction of the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, acts as a lead and engages in all aspects of golf course maintenance and facility maintenance. The City of Lakewood is currently recruiting variable employees for this position. A variable employee is an at-will employee who works in a seasonal or temporary capacity. Their work schedule is based on business need. This position would be a part-time non benefitted position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities) Acts as lead worker and supervisor on special projects. Ability to train and supervise variable maintenance employees in normal golf course operations, as well as the safe, proper operation of specialized golf course maintenance equipment. Responsible for the care and condition of the golf course. Functions include: mowing turf, restroom cleaning, facility repair, painting, minor construction, trash pick-up, sign installation and participating in short te
