Overview The Outside Service Staff's primary responsibility is to create a welcoming friendly, and clean environment for all Palmbrook Golf Club guests.Operates equipment to retrieve range balls from driving range, and washes range balls as appropriateSetup and break down of the practice facilityMaintains cleanliness and neatness of golf car storage building, bagroom/push cart building and surrounding areasResponsible for golf cars to include; cleanliness, car supplies and stagedMaintain order and continuity of player trafficEnsures a pleasant visit for each member and guest; maintains effective memberrelationsRecognition skills to remember member names and preferencesRequires a valid driver's licenseAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsPosition requires significant walking, lifting, bending, and standingRegular and reliable attendanceVersatility, flexibility and a willingness to work a combination of weekends and weekdaysAbility to be a self-starter whereby little supervision is required in order to accomplish tasksAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast paced working environmentDesire to integrate quickly with a team to accomplish operational goalsEnthusiasm for customer service
