Job Title: Golf Coordinator Reports to: Lifestyle Director Classification: Hourly/ Seasonal Position Summary The Golf Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the ORPS golf facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for owners and their guests while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, course operations, and tournament management. This position works closely with the Golf Committee to coordinate leagues, tournaments, special events, and golf programming throughout the season. The Golf Coordinator also collaborates with the General Manager and landscape contractor to monitor course conditions and help maintain the overall playability and quality of both golf courses. The Golf Coordinator is responsible for managing the monthly golf budget, overseeing golf staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with Resort Rules & Regulations, and fostering a welcoming environment that promotes sportsmanship and owner satisfaction.
