As a Golf Starter-Ranger you will support daily golf operations within our Golf Division. This role is responsible for managing tee starts, monitoring pace of play, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all golfers while protecting course conditions. The Golf Starter–Ranger acts as a visible ambassador for the course, promoting safety, etiquette, and smooth play throughout the facility. Responsibilities: Greet golfers and manage tee times to ensure orderly and timely starts Monitor pace of play throughout the course and diplomatically address delays Enforce golf course rules, policies, and etiquette in a professional manner Assist golfers with course information, directions, and general questions Communicate course conditions, weather considerations, and special instructions to players Patrol the course to identify issues related to pace of play, safety, or course care Coordinate with golf shop staff, maintenance teams, and management on daily operations Support tournaments, outings, and special events as needed Report incidents, rule concerns, or maintenance
