We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay: $16.90 - $18.90 per hour Key Responsibilities: Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facilityMows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areasWaters tees, greens, and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional waterRepairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads as necessaryGrades and prepares soil base; lays sod and seeds greens, tees, and fairwaysTrims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower bedsApplies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf coursePerforms related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Minimum Qualifications: Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Must possess the ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course maintenance Skilled in seeding, fertilizin
