We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. General Purpose: The Head Golf Professional reports to the Director of Golf. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional member golf experience. We are looking for an accomplished player who can serve as the face of the golf operation, engage with members daily, and help elevate the overall golf experience at the club. While teaching ability is certainly a plus, it is not a primary focus for this role, as we have a dedicated Director of Instruction on staff. The ideal candidate will be highly visible, member-focused, possess strong leadership and operational skills, and be committed to fostering a welcoming and first-class golf environment.
