Pine Knolls Golf Club is seeking a motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our growing team. We're looking for someone with golf course maintenance experience who takes pride in producing great playing conditions, works well with others, and is eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a full-time Golf Course Superintendent position. While previous experience is required, we're willing to train in areas where you're less experienced. We value attitude, work ethic, and the desire to improve. Responsibilities: Assist with daily golf course maintenance and crew supervision Help manage irrigation, mowing, course setup, and equipment operations Identify and address turf health issues Maintain high standards for course conditions Work alongside the Superintendent to plan and execute maintenance programs Qualifications: Golf course maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of turfgrass management and irrigation is a plus Strong work ethic and leadership potential Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license Why Join Pine Knolls?
