Overview BASIC SUMMARY: Seasonal position from October thru May. The Outside Operations Attendant will provide outstanding customer service, tournament assistance, rental club, bag storage and golf cart rental procedures as well as the availability and cleanliness of rental carts, daily maintenance of the entire golf cart fleet, maintain the practice facility and any other duties as directed by the Head Golf Professional or Outside Service Manager. Experience Required EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Knowledge of and/or ability to play the game of golf and understand how job performance affects the playing conditions of the golf course. • CPR/AED certifications required. • Valid driver's license with clean mobile vehicle record. • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards. • Work in a team setting, fast paced environment. • Achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction. • Work effectively without constant direct supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). • Committed to working rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
