Overview This role is ideal for a PGA Professional seeking a premium, low-overhead home base for their instruction business. You'll have access to state-of-the-art simulator bays, an established and growing membership base to draw from, and the flexibility to build your lesson schedule on your terms. Beyond instruction, you'll serve as a facility ambassador - helping prospective members experience the facility through demos and supporting the day-to-day atmosphere that keeps our members coming back. Experience Required PGA Member in good standing (required) Experience with launch monitor / simulator-based instruction preferred (TrackMan, Foresight, etc.) Proven track record working with diverse golfer demographics Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in a membership sales conversation Self-motivated, professional, and reliable - this role rewards those who treat it like their own business Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred Essential Responsibilities Deliver private and group golf lessons utilizing our simulator technology Conduct swing assessments, clinics, and seasonal camps (juniors, beginners, women's programs, etc.) Host facility demos for prospective members when the owner is unavailable Actively promote and recommend membership to lesson students and walk-ins Assist with light facility upkeep and ensur
