Overview The Bridges Golf & Country Club, located in Montrose, Colorado, is seeking a polished, motivated, and service-driven Lead Assistant Golf Professional to help lead the day-to-day golf operation at one of Colorado's premier Western Slope golf facilities. The Bridges is a semi-private club featuring a Nicklaus Design golf course, an engaged and growing membership, a strong tournament and league calendar, active public access, and a golf culture built around service, relationships, improvement, and community. The club is located between Grand Junction, Telluride, Crested Butte, Aspen, and the surrounding high country, offering a unique Colorado lifestyle and a golf operation with meaningful growth potential. This is not an entry-level assistant role. The successful candidate will be expected to operate as a true lead assistant: visible, accountable, organized, and capable of helping set the daily tone for the golf staff, member experience, guest experience, and public-access golf operation.
