Position Summary The Outside Golf Operations Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the Club by assisting members and guests upon arrival and supporting the daily flow of golf operations. Responsibilities include handling golf equipment, staging and maintaining golf carts to the highest standards, and ensuring all practice and golf areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day. The role also supports tournament operations and overall member service by delivering attentive, friendly assistance and maintaining an exceptional guest experience at all times. All team members are expected to consistently demonstrate the Club's core values of hospitality, excellence, teamwork, and pride in every aspect of their work. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome all members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the Club. Assist members and guests with golf bag handling, staging, and transportation of equipment. Provide general course and Club information to support a positive playing experience and strong member relations. Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to a high standard of cleanliness and readiness, ensuring each cart is fully stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, scorecards, pencils, tees, ice, and water. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all
